A focused, extended EMDR-informed session designed for clients seeking deeper therapeutic work in a single sitting. EMDR intensives allow for intentional pacing, increased containment, and meaningful progress without the constraints of weekly scheduling.

✔ Available via telehealth or in-person (Kansas City)
✔ Includes preparation, grounding, processing, and integration time
Availability:
• Offered weekends only
• Clinical pre-screening required prior to scheduling to ensure appropriateness and client safety
