January Reset Lab is a guided nervous-system reset designed to help you release end-of-year stress, reconnect with your body, and step into the new year with clarity and calm.

This EMDR-informed experience blends stress-management education, grounding practices, and gentle resourcing tools you can take with you into everyday life. As part of the experience, guests will be guided to create a personalized 21-day reset challenge, a simple, sustainable practice focused on emotional regulation and nervous-system support that extends the work beyond the workshop and into daily life.

This is not therapy, but a therapeutic, trauma-informed space rooted in safety, choice, and restoration.
