Guest Testimony:
I enjoyed how Elva explained complex ideas with simple words for the audience to understand. I liked putting the ideas to practice and all the examples for us to use in real life.
Loved learning about the different skills I can try myself when I am feeling stressed or anxious.
I really enjoyed learning more coping exercises that are easy to do anytime. The only thing I knew before was box breathing. Now I know other things to use to help calm my nervous system at any moment.
