Workshop Description

If you’ve spent this year being the strong one the one who holds it all together at work, at home, and in the spaces in between this workshop is for you.

So many adults move through life with an emotional backpack full of expectations, responsibilities, and invisible labor. On the outside, you look composed, capable, dependable maybe even “unshakeable.” But on the inside? You’re tired. Not sleepy tired soul tired. Nervous system tired.

On December 13th, you are invited to take a moment for you.
During this EMDR-informed resourcing workshop, you’ll learn grounding tools that soothe emotional overload, regulate the nervous system, and help you reconnect with a sense of inner calm that doesn’t rely on your productivity or your performance.

Together, we will:

  • tap into feelings of peace rather than pressure

  • strengthen internal resources rather than emotional endurance

  • create a sense of calm that exists beyond your responsibilities

  • reconnect with you not the role you play for everyone else

This is not a space where you have to be “on.”
You don’t have to lead.
You don’t have to fix anything.
You don’t have to hold it together.

Just show up, breathe, tap in, and allow your nervous system to soften.
You deserve that.
Not because you’ve earned it
but because being you is enough.
